Sarantel is a provider of antennas to the mobile communications industry.  The company has developed products for GPS (Global Positioning Systems), Satellite Radio, Bluetooth/wireless local area network (LAN) and mobile telephone applications. In addition the company’s product reduces the SAR (Specific Absorption Rate - emissions radiated into the body) by more the 95 percent. Due to its high efficiency, the antenna produces improved performance over converted products and can enable many antennas to be installed together into one handheld device, millimetres apart.

MTI first invested in February 2003 alongside Foresight Venture Partners and eTechnology. The company was admitted to AIM on 2nd March 2005 (SLG.L). Ernie Richarson serves as a member of the company’s board of directors.
